Wintery Vista :Trade:

Eliza Shivers glanced about, her keen eyes taking in the scenery around her. Normally the mage would have been busy, working her magic for the benefit of the Snowbird army as it campaigned across the lands, but their recent streak of success had pleased the Colonel so much he had granted his troops some time to relax. Eliza smiled. This was a chance for her to indulge in her favourite hobby. The mage set down the easel and paints she carried, judging the view before her almost perfect. It just needed one final touch. Eliza closed her eyes, concentrating to summon up her powers. Small sparkling balls of frost condensed in the air about her hands, and overhead the clouds rolled in. The mage opened her eyes and spoke softly, casting her spell. Snow began to fall. Eliza kept up the spell, dusting the land before her in a powdery chill until the vibrant and gaudy greens of the grass and trees were coated in a more ascetically pleasing, snowy white. The Snowbird mage smiled again and nodded to herself. The view was perfect now. Humming, Eliza picked up her equipment, and began to paint. Her art would help show those the Snowbirds conquered just how beautiful the snows could be...
