Name: Havoc Down.

Species: Mobian/Wolf.

Fur: Steel grey, with darker grey muzzle and chest. Dark grey hair.

Eyes: Blue.

Height: 3'9"

Attire: Black shirt and pants. Black boot. Brown belts. Green bandanna. Coloured beads in hair. Brown wooden leg with metallic purple bands. Power sword. Laser pistol shaped like an old fashioned flintlock.

Abilities: Excellent sailor and navigator. Expert swordsman. Adequate marksman.

Relationships: Married to Captain Laura Briggs. Younger brother to Wolfen Down. Brother-in-Law to Hisspan Down. Uncle to Katlin and Leon Down.

History: Havoc was lucky. When Robotnik took control, he was able to escape and as such, was never robotocized. He traveled around looking for a new place to call home, eventually coming to the outlaw town of Port Mortis. It was there that he met an old pirate captain who took him on as a cabin boy. Not much is known about his adventures during this period, but what is know is that Havoc came into possession of a rare sword, that could cut through almost anything due to it's ability to produce a powerful energy field around the blade. It is also unknown how he came to lose his right leg below the knee.
Havoc served aboard a number of pirate ships, the last one being The Calico Anne. It was aboard this ship that he rose to become First Mate under Captain Laura Briggs, a Weasel of some notoriety. A natural bond seemed to form between them, and they soon fell in love, and later married.
Recently, Havoc has been reunited with his brother Wolfen Down. Looking at the two, it would be easy to mistake Havoc for the older. Physically he is, but that is due to Wolfen having been robotocized in his past, and therefore not aging in any physical sense.

Personality: Havoc is a pirate, and true to his nature. He will readily steal and plunder, and is not afraid to kill if necessary. He does however have a sense of honour. He is also very loyal to family, and those he considers friends of family. Despite losing his leg, Havoc is a skilled swordsman, and will often play up his 'injury' to draw in an opponent, before reveling that he is not as helpless as they might have thought.
